We believe that Disclosure is an important tool in helping organisations that work with children and vulnerable adults to recruit safely.
We encourage all organisations that qualify to carry out checks on volunteers and paid staff to use Disclosure as part of best practice and overall risk management.
Key features of the service
- Provide blank Disclosure application forms on request
- Check and validate completed application forms
- Act as countersignatory on your behalf and forward completed forms to CRB
- Receive Disclosure information (criminal convictions certificate) and forward to you as employer
- Provide advice and training in completing the Disclosure application form
- Provide advice and guidance in helping your organisation comply with the legislative Code of Practice
- Provide model policies that need to be adopted in order to comply with the Code
